Senior Business Analyst

i3RL Private Limited looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process re-engineering, Agile methodologies, and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Role Description

• Lead business system analysis efforts by gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.

• Facilitate process re-engineering to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, API's, SOAP API's, and ETL) ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

• Provide leadership and guidance in the analysis of business operations and the implementation of relevant business applications.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have at least 6-8 years of relevant technical experience in the software industry.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Proven experience working with international customers is essential.

• Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or related business applications.

• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or a related field is preferred.
