HighGate is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Service Executive.
This hybrid role combines client outreach, proposal writing, and lead generation with customer handling and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage clients professionally from initial contact to post-service support.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want hands-on exposure to international clients and real-world business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
Send proposals and manage bidding processes
Communicate with international clients professionally
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or calls
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate service information
Maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Follow up with clients for feedback and relationship building
Assist in achieving sales and service performance targets
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Graduate or Final-Year Student)
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Confidence in client interaction and negotiation
Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email handling)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bidding or sales
Call center or customer support experience
Familiarity with CRM tools
Target-driven mindset
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
