We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Business Development to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or the ones who are in their final semesters of degree who are eager to learn, develop their professional skills, and work alongside experienced business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in lead generation and market research

Support client communication and follow-ups

Maintain and update CRM records

Help prepare business proposals and presentations

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
