About the Role:

This role is for someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in. You'll be proactively identifying opportunities, reaching out to international businesses, building relationships from scratch, and converting them into long-term partnerships.

 

It's a high-ownership role — you'll have real targets, real clients, and real impact on Evolvo's revenue.

 

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify B2B opportunities across international markets

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

• Handle discovery calls, pitches, negotiations, and contract closures

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and active relationships

• Develop proposals and partnership decks tailored to client needs

• Represent Evolvo professionally in all global client interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs

• Report on outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health

What We're Looking For:

 

If you're experienced:

1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or international client management

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage long-term accounts

• Existing network in tech, SaaS, marketing, or digital services is a plus
