Haidermota & Co. (HMCO), a prestigious legal services provider with over 60 years of expertise, is seeking a Senior Associate for its Projects, Infrastructure & Energy practice in Lahore. Responsibilities:

• Manage project finance and PPP transactions independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
• Draft and negotiate project finance documents, including concession agreements, EPC, and O&M agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the power sector, public procurement, and PPP laws.
• Provide legal expertise on shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, company law, and SBP prudential/foreign exchange regulations.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to handling complex legal matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• LLB from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Extensive experience in project finance transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
