Legal Researcher

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Researcher to join our Legal Support Services team. You will conduct in-depth legal research across multiple jurisdictions, supporting our consultants and clients with precise, well-structured analysis.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Conduct jurisdiction-specific legal research on corporate and commercial matters
• Analyse case law, legislation, and regulatory frameworks
• Prepare legal memoranda, research briefs, and regulatory mapping reports
• Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions
• Monitor regulatory developments across key jurisdictions
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on complex advisory projects
   

Requirements
 

• LLB or equivalent law degree (LLM preferred)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with legal databases and research tools
• Knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
