About the Role:
House of Bamboo is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution within a fast-paced interior design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural and interior design projects from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
Develop detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for client approvals and internal coordination.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate design concepts into practical, functional solutions.
Oversee site execution, conduct regular site visits, and ensure design compliance with specifications and timelines.
Manage and mentor junior architects and design team members, ensuring productivity and creative growth.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material selection and project execution.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a renowned university.
4–5 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architecture firm.
Strong command of design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, and Adobe Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site and handle multiple projects efficiently.
