Position Overview

You will lead research execution, manage expert recruitment, and ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, support training initiatives, and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end research projects with high-quality standards
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit top-tier industry experts using analytical thinking and market understanding
• Go beyond existing databases to source relevant experts through platforms like LinkedIn
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development
• Train and onboard new team members
• Support the Team Lead in achieving KPIs and operational targets
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure quality control in expert profiling and research deliverables
• Build and maintain a strong, reliable expert network
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in market research or expert networking (mandatory)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
