Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Amazon Private Label Brand Manager to lead our PL team and drive brand growth across international marketplaces. This role demands deep expertise in Amazon operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling private label brands. You will oversee team performance, guide product strategy, and ensure operational excellence across all PL initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PL Brand Managers
- Develop and execute growth strategies for multiple private label brands
- Oversee listing optimization, keyword strategy, and conversion improvement
- Conduct advanced market research using Helium 10, Keepa, SQP, and Brand Analytics
- Monitor organic ranking, competitor trends, and customer feedback
- Resolve complex listing issues, case escalations, and flat file challenges
- Collaborate with PPC, design, and supply chain teams for cohesive brand execution
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights to leadership
- Ensure SOP adherence and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Private Label operations
- Proven leadership experience managing Amazon teams or brand portfolios
- Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, SQP, POE
- Strong command of Helium 10, Keepa, and flat file operations
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
