Senior Accountant

Description:

We are expanding our accounting team and looking for three (3) Senior Accountants to join our office in Lahore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting expertise, experience in US/UK companies, and the ability to lead a small team of accountants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to US/UK tax regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning and analysis.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 accountants.
• Process Improvement: Enhance internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with management, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

✅ Certification: Must be ACCA, CA, or ICMA certified.

✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in a foreign company (US/UK preferred).

✅ Software Proficiency: Strong skills in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar accounting software.

✅ Communication: Excellent written & verbal English skills are mandatory.

✅ Leadership: Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

✅ Work Schedule: Must be willing to work US hours (EST time zone).

✅ Location: Onsite position in Lahore.
