Security In-charge

Sign Marketing is looking for an experienced Security In-Charge to lead all security operations at the Murree Project Site. This role is ideal for retired professionals with a strong background in security and risk management, particularly those who have served as Army Majors, Police DSPs, or have an equivalent rank. The Security In-Charge will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols, ensuring the safety and protection of the site and personnel.

The successful candidate will be expected to supervise and train security personnel, liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services, and investigate incidents while maintaining detailed security reports. The position requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of security systems and surveillance technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all security operations at the Murree project site

• Implement and enforce security protocols and SOPs

• Supervise and train security personnel to ensure effective operations

• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate security efforts

• Investigate security incidents and maintain detailed reports

• Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

• Retired officer with a rank of Army Major, Police DSP, or equivalent

• Strong background in security and risk management

• Ability to lead and make decisions under pressure

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
