Description:

GST International is looking for a disciplined, alert, physically fit, and responsible Retired Army personnel to join our team as a Security Guard. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, professional conduct, and the ability to handle security situations calmly and efficiently.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.

• Verify visitor identification and maintain proper visitor and vehicle records.

• Conduct regular security rounds and monitor premises for suspicious activities.

• Control access to restricted areas and ensure compliance with company security procedures.

• Immediately report security incidents, suspicious activities, safety concerns, or unauthorized access to management.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems where applicable.

• Maintain discipline and a professional security environment at the workplace.

• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and other security-related situations.

• Maintain daily security logs and prepare incident reports when required.

• Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

🔹 Requirements

• Retired Army personnel preferred.

• Relevant military or security experience will be an advantage.

• Physically fit, disciplined, alert, and responsible.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Ability to handle security situations calmly and professionally.

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, Military Personnel, or Security Supervisor will be preferred.
