About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct virtual training sessions for sales and recruitment teams.
✅ Create and update training materials based on performance trends.
✅ Evaluate productivity through checklists and scorecards.
✅ Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
✅ Collaborate with management to align goals and drive results.
Qualifications:
🎯 Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training / Team Leadership.
🎯 Hands-on experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Telemarketing.
🎯 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
🎯 Knowledge of Excel, CRM, and reporting tools is an advantage.
