Sales Specialist

Description:

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for promoting and selling LiFELiNE HMS to healthcare providers. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to individual practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare networks. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and support contract closure in collaboration with internal teams. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing product training and guidance, and gathering feedback to help refine the platform and sales approach. The Sales Specialist will work closely with marketing and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage healthcare stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional support.
• Proven sales and sales management skills to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and successful deal closure in a B2B or healthcare technology environment.
• Training skills to deliver effective product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user education for diverse healthcare teams.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, health IT, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, handle frequent client meetings, and travel locally as needed.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
