Sales Service Representative

Description:

We are hiring Sales representative to handle warm leads only — no cold calling and no sales targets. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills. Freshers are welcome and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads provided by the company

• Explain services, pricing, and booking details to customers

• Convert leads to successful bookings

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth deal closure

• Record call details and update booking information in the system

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English preferred)

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls confidently
