Sales Representative

Innovation M Services is expanding IMFlow360, our business automation & POS platform, across Lahore. We’re looking for a confident Sales Representative to grow our B2B client base.

What You’ll Do:
• Prospect salons, bridal studios, spas, aesthetic & service businesses
• Reach decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, social media & field visits
• Conduct discovery calls, identify business pain points and qualify leads
• Schedule and support software demos, proposals & negotiations
• Maintain CRM, follow-ups, pipeline and sales reports
• Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years sales/BD experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply
• Strong Urdu & professional English
• Confident in client meetings and Lahore field visits
• Strong communication, follow-up & CRM skills
• SaaS/POS/ERP/CRM sales experience is a plus
