Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand business needs.
- Schedule appointments and support the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
- Manage smaller deals independently while collaborating with senior closers on larger opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B2C sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional accent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- Energetic, coachable, and motivated to grow within a high-performing sales team.
