Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and engage businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  •  Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand business needs.
  •  Schedule appointments and support the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  •  Manage smaller deals independently while collaborating with senior closers on larger opportunities.
  •  Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates.
  •  Build and nurture a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

 

Requirements: 

 

  •  2–3 years of experience in B2B2C sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
  •  Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional accent.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  •  Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance metrics.
  •  Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
  •  Energetic, coachable, and motivated to grow within a high-performing sales team.
