Description:

We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join our team for the Appointment setting. This role involves selling non-technical business services, including appointment booking and outreach to Australian businesses. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and supporting the sales pipeline to help drive company growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact Australian businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or handle smaller deals independently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly performance updates.
  • Nurture prospects consistently to build a healthy sales pipeline.

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably service-based sectors).
  • Fluent English with a clear accent.
  • Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of basic sales KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance.
  • Energetic, coachable, and driven to grow within the sales team.
  • Prior call center experience is required. Candidates without call center experience are not encouraged to apply. Must have international calling experience.
  • Fluent English with a clear accent.
