🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Person to join our showroom team. This is a front-line role where you will directly drive walk-in sales, build customer relationships, and represent the Royal Wrist brand experience on the floor every day.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers with a premium, brand-appropriate experience
Understand customer needs and recommend the right watch, bag, or perfume
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
Maintain product knowledge across all collections and new arrivals
Handle billing, order processing & POS transactions accurately
Maintain showroom presentation — displays, price tags, cleanliness
Support stock counts and inventory accuracy on the floor
Build repeat customers through follow-ups and relationship management
Coordinate with the E-Commerce & Operations team on stock availability
Uphold premium customer service and packaging standards
🔹 Requirements
1–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion, accessories, or luxury retail preferred)
Confident, presentable, and well-spoken
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Basic comfort with POS systems / billing software
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends
