Sales Marketing Manager

Description:

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales strategy and execution for Juniper Residencia based at Bani Gala, Islamabad. You’ll lead customer engagement, manage campaigns, and convert leads into successful sales, working closely with head office and site teams.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Strategically plan and implement sales and marketing campaigns for Juniper Residencia
- Handle walk-in clients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain and update CRM tools for lead tracking
- Liaise with advertising agencies for social media, print, and outdoor campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to create brochures, videos, and promotional materials
- Organize on-site events, open houses, and client meetups
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Build strong relationships with real estate agents, investors, and channel partners

*Requirements:*
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate experience (residential preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi property dynamics is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sector/prevailing law.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
