The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the dairy sector and FMCG sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the brand's market footprint, and managing a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust sales strategies aligned with company targets

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to drive maximum productivity

  • Explore and capitalize on new market segments to expand product reach

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively

  • Ensure timely sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA / MBA with a focus in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
