The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the dairy sector and FMCG sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the brand's market footprint, and managing a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust sales strategies aligned with company targets
Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to drive maximum productivity
Explore and capitalize on new market segments to expand product reach
Build and maintain effective relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners
Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively
Ensure timely sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
Educational Requirements:
BBA / MBA with a focus in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
