We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Tele Sales) to build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives targeting doctors in the US. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, drive team performance, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for EHR and Billing services.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team performance.
• Drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Foster strong relationships with US-based healthcare providers.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing outbound sales teams, preferably for US markets.
• Strong knowledge of EHR and Medical Billing services.
