Sales Executives & Truck Dispatchers

Description:

TDF BPO is hiring motivated professionals for Sales Representative and Truck Dispatcher roles to support our growing truck dispatching operations across the USA. The role involves reaching out to trucking companies, presenting our dispatching solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients, as well as managing day-to-day dispatch operations for active carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to trucking companies, owner-operators, and small fleets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients.
• Present and promote dispatching services professionally.
• Book and manage loads using load boards and carrier networks.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers.
• Plan efficient routes and optimize revenue.
• Communicate with drivers for updates, ETAs, and issues.
• Maintain CRM records, dispatch logs, and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or truck dispatching.
• Strong understanding of US trucking market and operations.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Familiar with CRM tools and load boards.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, reporting tools).
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
• Must work onsite night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).
