Sales Executives

Description:

We are urgently hiring "Sales Executives" for our company ☀

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.

-Achieve daily target of 400-500 calls with a focus on generating leads and closing sales.

-Utilize effective communication skills in English to convey product/service features and benefits.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.

-Work a 9.5-hour shift, inclusive of 8 hours of dialing and 1.5 hours of break time.

-Handle pressure and meet productivity targets with a positive and punctual approach.

-Demonstrate a strong sales track record and background in outbound calling.

Requirements:

-Minimum one year of outbound calling experience.

-Bachelor's degree or above in education for candidates with no prior experience.

-Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong comprehension skills.

-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

-Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

-Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
