We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through software sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and meetings
• Conduct in-person client meetings and product demonstrations
• Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships for upselling and renewals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of software / SaaS / IT B2B sales experience
• Strong local B2B market experience in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with on-site client visits and meetings
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Experience in HR, Time Attendance, ERP, or CRM solutions preferred
• Existing corporate network is a strong advantage
