Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell tiles, construction materials, and home improvement products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and builders to ensure repeat business.

• Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and technical guidance to customers.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

• Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the tiles industry.

• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience.

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
