🎯 What You'll Actually Do

✅ Cold call businesses from our curated lead lists — we provide the contacts, you focus on converting

✅ Pitch our CRM product in a value-driven, no-fluff way

✅ Handle objections, book demos, and follow up relentlessly

✅ Close deals — phone, video, wherever the conversation leads

✅ Log calls and outcomes in our system (you'll be an expert within days)

🏆 What We're Looking For

🔹 Proven cold calling or B2B phone sales experience — meetings booked, deals closed

🔹 Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, persuasive

🔹 Comfort with CRM tools (or fast willingness to learn — training is included)

🔹 Self-managed, self-motivated, and resilient

🔹 Bonus: you've sold to small business owners before
