Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Support & Sales Associate to manage communication with customers across all touchpoints — online, on calls, and in-person. The ideal candidate will handle queries, guide customers, and ensure that every concern reaches the right department efficiently.
This is a hybrid role that combines customer support, lead follow-ups, and communication coordination, ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and showroom visits.
• Call and follow up with potential customers to support bookings, test drives, and purchases.
• Identify query types and forward them to the correct department (After-Sales, Dealership, or Sales).
• Maintain organized logs of inquiries, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Provide excellent service with patience, empathy, and clear communication.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Intermediate acceptable with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or administrative support.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Confident phone manner and positive personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work both on-site and remotely.
