📌 Key Responsibilities:
Bid on high-value projects on Upwork & Fiverr
Conduct cold calling and direct client outreach
Write compelling, customized proposals
Coordinate with our technical team for project estimations
Convert potential leads into long-term business

🎯 What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Upwork/Fiverr bidding & cold outreach
Strong English communication & negotiation skills
Prior sales experience in IT, Web Development, or AI is a huge plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
