Sales Executive

Description:

Milkiyat.com is a growing real estate portal connecting buyers, sellers and investors across Pakistan. We're expanding our on-ground team and looking for someone who can build our dealer and builder network from the field.

What you'll do:

• Meet real estate dealers, agencies and builders across Rawalpindi, Islamabad and surrounding markets

• Onboard and register them on Milkiyat.com

• Train and guide them on posting listings, managing their profile and getting results from the platform

• Maintain relationships with registered partners and support them post-onboarding

• Report on market activity, pipeline and feedback from the field

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years in sales, business development or real estate (property market experience is a strong plus)

• Confident communicator in Urdu and English

• Comfortable with field work and cold visits

• Basic digital literacy — you'll be showing dealers how to use the platform, so you need to know it cold

• Own bike/vehicle preferred
