Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing co-working space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships while keeping a vibrant workspace fully occupied.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion

- Act as the first point of contact (POC) for all potential clients, inquiries, and walk-ins

- Report daily leads, follow-ups, and sales updates to management

- Build and nurture a strong network of brokers, startups, freelancers, and corporate contacts to increase visit and conversion rates

- Ensure optimal occupancy of desks, offices, and meeting spaces

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members to drive renewals, upgrades, and referrals

- Coordinate with operations and community teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience

 

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in real estate, coworking, or hospitality is a plus)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently

- Basic reporting and CRM skills (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools)
