🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK-based customers
• Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales and quality targets
• Follow scripts when needed and handle objections professionally
• Maintain call logs and performance records

• Fluent English communication (UK accent preferred)
• Confident, positive, and target-driven attitude
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Previous BPO experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Must be available full-time (Mon–Sat)
