Sales Development Representative

Description:

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and engage prospective healthcare providers in the US. The role involves cold calling, qualifying leads, booking meetings, presenting our services, and closing new clients. Successful candidates will play a key role in growing Medsinc RCM’s client portfolio and will earn a competitive base salary plus commission on every successful client closed.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: 1–2 years of cold calling experience in the US healthcare or medical billing industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, book appointments, and close deals.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working during US business hours (evening/night shift in Pakistan).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
