VASL partners with businesses by providing outsourced bookkeeping, controller-level accounting, financial operations, and back-office support. We help organizations streamline their financial processes, improve reporting, and gain better visibility into their business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, or similar power dialers.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach where appropriate.
- Manage follow-ups through structured outreach sequences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold-calling experience.
- Experience selling into the U.S. market.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
- Experience using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar outbound sales platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
