Sales Development Representative

What you'll do

• Run outbound prospecting to ecommerce brands across DMs, email, SMS/texting, LinkedIn, and calls
• Qualify leads by revenue, channel, and fit
• Run discovery and present Shaazford's services (plans from $800 to $1,600 per month)
• Close deals and hit your monthly sales target
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM and keep records clean and current
• Report your numbers weekly and feed objection insights back so we keep sharpening the scripts

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in sales, SDR, appointment setting, or closing (agency or ecommerce a plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident on calls and comfortable asking for the close
• Self-driven, target-motivated, and disciplined with a pipeline
• Coachable and consistents
