Oxiliry is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. In this role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and outbound outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to establish customer relationships, schedule meetings, and contribute to revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify potential clients, initiating contact, and effectively communicating Oxiliry’s value propositions to prospects.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Solid understanding of Sales principles and Business Development strategies
  • Proficient in Communication with the ability to establish and nurture professional relationships
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in sales or business development roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an advantage
