Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative based in Pakistan, working US Eastern hours. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging design, advertising, and web development agencies across the US through pure outbound outreach — cold email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences. Day-to-day responsibilities include building targeted prospect lists, qualifying leads based on tech stack and pain points, booking and confirming product demo calls, following up post-demo to drive sign-ups, and maintaining accurate pipeline records in HubSpot CRM. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a direct role in revenue generation from day one.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound SDR or sales experience, ideally selling into the US or Western markets
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or digital services
  • Strong outbound skills across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
  • Confident, fluent English — written and spoken
  • Comfortable working night shift to match US Eastern business hours
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Strong objection handling skills — agency owners are busy, skeptical buyers
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience with AI-assisted outreach tools (Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, etc.) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
