As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage leads, qualify them through calls and emails, and set up meetings for our closers. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
