What You'll Do
Daily follow-ups and outreach via calls, texts, and CRM
Engage with potential clients (mostly real estate agents and brokerages in the U.S.)
Qualify leads and set appointments
Maintain lead activity and updates in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Hit daily and weekly KPIs set by the team
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and operations team
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales for the real estate industry
✅ Fluent spoken English – confident on phone, with excellent comprehension
✅ Proficiency in using CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a must)
✅ Strong understanding of how real estate referral companies work
✅ Comfortable working night shifts (6PM to 3AM Pakistan Time)
✅ A self-starter with persistence, positive attitude, and resilience.
