What You’ll Do:

• Review and evaluate sales chat conversations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
• Verify lead data, Excel sheets, and CRM entries for errors or missing details.
• Ensure the team follows company communication guidelines and proper follow-up procedures.
• Compile QA reports, share feedback, and highlight areas of improvement.
• Support the sales team in maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communication, or related field preferred)
• Strong English communication and analytical skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales QA, call/chat monitoring, or sales support (preferred)
• Must be available to work on-site in Islamabad
