Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist at GLP Wireless FZCO in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing post-sale issues, coordinating product repairs or replacements, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The individual will streamline after-sales processes, maintain detailed service records, and ensure adherence to company standards for service delivery.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication: Proficiency in managing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Bachelors Degree B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc is must.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smartphone products, especially iPhones, and an understanding of repair or diagnostic procedures.
- Detail Orientation and Record-Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of service issues, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Capacity to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience in the electronics or mobile phone industry is an advantage; a diploma or equivalent in a related field is preferred; and proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
Requirements:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly

- Prior experience in customer service or after-sales support is a plus
