Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Closer to MARS BPO Pvt Ltd team. In this role, you’ll optimize sales processes, manage performance metrics, and support the sales team to improve productivity and drive results. You’ll also maintain sales tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Optimize and streamline sales processes and workflows.

· Analyze sales performance data and create regular reports.

· Manage CRM systems and sales tools to ensure data accuracy.

· Provide training and support for the sales team.

· Assist with sales forecasting, compensation, and incentive programs.

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or call center management.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
