Interconnect Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns

• Support exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities

• Develop blogs, marketing materials, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media content

• Manage and update company social media platforms and online presence

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

• Perform SEO activities to improve digital presence and rankings

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities

• Visit distributors/resellers regularly to gather customer and market feedback

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Experience in B2B sales and marketing preferred

✔ Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies

✔ Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage

✔ Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
