Rm Stores Manager

Description:

Master Group of Industries is looking for a highly skilled Manager RM Stores to join their team at Port Qasim, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the Raw Material (RM) Stores, optimizing inventory management, and driving operational excellence within the warehouse.

In this role, you will be tasked with implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) practices, managing inventory control, and ensuring lean inventory management to reduce waste and optimize efficiency. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP will be essential to ensure smooth operations and accurate data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of Raw Material Stores and ensure efficient warehouse management

• Implement and maintain FIFO practices to manage inventory effectively

• Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste by applying lean inventory management techniques

• Utilize ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) to track and manage inventory accurately

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for material handling and storage

• Monitor and report on inventory levels, movements, and related operational metrics

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in FIFO practices, inventory management, and lean principles

• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and raw material inventory control

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
