🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor billing accuracy and monthly bill generation
• Handle billing complaints (CRM & Priority TATs)
• Support revenue recovery and follow-up with non-paying customers
• Verify adjustments, high consumption & overseas usage cases
• Pre-sale verification via CRM & COPS
• Clearance of rejected/stuck orders
• Issuance of W.H Tax statements
• Customer communication via Email & WhatsApp (TOS cases)
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Telecom/Wireline preferred)
• Strong MS Office and customer handling skills
• Good communication, coordination & multitasking ability
