Retool/no-code Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retool/No-Code Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience building internal tools, automating workflows, and developing solutions using Retool or similar no-code platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize internal tools using Retool

Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and build customized solutions

Automate workflows and streamline business processes using no-code/low-code platforms

Ensure the applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet security standards

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in No-Code/Low-Code development (Retool preferred)

Experience in building data dashboards, workflows, and business tools

Knowledge of databases, APIs, and integrations

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
