Fossil Energy (Private) Limited is currently hiring for Retail Development & Sales professionals to join their teams in Islamabad and Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies that drive fuel station performance and business growth. This includes executing effective marketing initiatives, identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer engagement and operational excellence.
Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance overall fuel station performance
Drive sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Conduct thorough market research to explore new opportunities and identify industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless retail operations and high performance
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and retail development, ideally within the oil marketing sector
Strong understanding of the fuel retail market and the ability to respond to customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
