🎓 Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1–2 years of experience in a similar retail role
Proficient in retail/cash management software & cash counter SOPs
Professional appearance & grooming
Strong communication and customer service skills
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Manage daily sales transactions, receipts, and reports
Maintain the cash register securely and efficiently
Assist in daily closing of accounts at the outlet
Verify pricing, scanning, and billing accuracy
Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
