This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at Bio-Labs in Islamabad. The Research and Development Manager will be responsible for leading research projects, managing teams, and overseeing project development within the pharmaceutical sector on a day-to-day basis.

• Team Management and Team Leadership
• Project Management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Advanced degree in D Pharmacy, or related field
