Waada is looking for a Relationship Executive to train, assist, and guide sales agents in selling insurance policies while ensuring sales growth and seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Assistance: Help agents understand and sell insurance policies effectively.

• Sales Strategy: Provide strategic guidance to improve sales performance.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents for smooth collaboration.

• Performance Monitoring: Track sales progress and ensure consistent growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer relationship management (preferred).

• Ability to motivate and drive teams toward targets.
